Michelle has been so kind and accommodating. Each time I call, she’s pleasant to talk to. She even stayed after hours to answer our questions one day. The units are clean and easy to access.

I have been a client at this facility on Elfinwild Road in Allison Park since 2014 prior to ownership by Compass. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with a number of individuals there. To date the most impressive and professional individual I have had the pleasure of working with is Michelle Yusko. Michelle is always courteous, attentive and pleasant. Always treats the client's concerns as a priority and resolves issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the client. Other clients I have spoken with agree with me that Michelle is a credit to herself and the Compass Corportion.

Great experience here! Michelle the manager was so helpful and friendly when I came into the office to get some more information. She took the time to explain everything about the building and showed multiple units so I was able to determine what size was best for me. The location here is very secure and well organized and the units are very clean. I’m glad I chose Compass, especially as my move was very last minute. I will be recommending Compass self storage to anyone I know moving! Thank you Michelle!

I AM BEGGING YOU TO AVOID THIS STORAGE PLACE AT ALL COST!! I have had my unit 10X10 for only 2 and a half years and they have raised the price regularly to the point where I started out at $110 and. again, after only 2 and a half years I recently got a notice they're upping it to $414 PER MONTH!! Michelle is a wonderful person but the company is a price gouger holding your life belongings as hostage! DON'T DO IT!!!
