“I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. During my time renting at this location, rent increased multiple times within a short period, which made it extremely difficult to budget or feel any sense of stability. Constant price increases without noticeable improvements to the property were very frustrating. The overall appearance and upkeep of the complex has also been disappointing. Common areas and exterior spaces often look poorly maintained, which gives the property a neglected feel. For the price tenants are being asked to pay, the condition of the property simply doesn’t match expectations. Overall, between the frequent rent hikes and the declining appearance of the complex, this has not been a positive rental experience. I would recommend potential renters carefully consider their options before signing a lease here.”
