Dalton was super informative and helpful during my initial visit. He got me all setup and found me a unit close to the entry which was super convenient. Jessica was great too. She helped me when I was moving out. Location is great too.

My experience at CubeSmart was inconsistent and frustrating due to very different levels of customer service during my booking and move-in process. One employee was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful, clearly explaining unit options and pricing and helping me find terms that fit my needs. When I returned another day to finalize the reservation, a different employee was argumentative and defensive, treated me as if I were being dishonest, and did not listen to what I was explaining. There was a pricing discrepancy from what had previously been agreed upon, and instead of resolving it transparently, I felt pressured to move forward. I chose to return the following day and worked with the original employee who quickly corrected the pricing and reversed the changes without issue. While the problem was ultimately fixed, the process wasted my time and involved unnecessary pushback and pressure. Customer experience should be consistent regardless of who you work with. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
