I opened up an account online and went to retrieve my keys today and see the space. I opted to pay 4 months in advance and wasn’t sure what to expect when arriving. The building is super clean and well maintained, the unit I’m renting was in great condition. I was very happy with how simple the process was and with Liz’s wonderful customer service. She was very kind and extremely helpful!

This place is great! Easy to get signed up online. The app allows you to open the gate and door. The staff is super helpful, Lizz helped me downsize to a smaller unit quickly!

It was a great experience having a storage unit here at Extra Space Storage. The facility is in a very safe area of town and everything is kept extra clean! Liz, the manager, was great to work with, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

First let me say, a REAL person works here and helps you do Everything. For me, that person was Liz and she is is Outstanding! The storage unit is Very clean and feels incredibly safe, both a huge plus. If you need a storage place, use this one. I checked out a major competitor and they were nasty and no person onsite!

Life storage has been a lifesaver., I’d give 10⭐️’s if I could. I found Life Storage on 9602 Anderson Mill by searching online. It’s near my home and their access hours are from 6AM to 10PM which is great, most laces close by 9PM. The extra hour really helps when you’re trying to move things during the week. Another bonus was that it was so easy, I was able to reserve my unit, sign the agreement and download a copy and set up my monthly payments online at 11 PM. I got email confirmation almost immediately with my unit number, access code and the facility information. Next day I went to check out my unit and they had left the lock and keys for me inside the unit. It was really so easy. The place itself is incredibly well maintained, it’s very clean, well lit in and out and I feel safe there, even at night which is important to me. The staff is also excellent especially Angelo. My husband recently lost my keys and Angelo was incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. He was able to remove the lock for us in mere minutes. I’d recommend Life Storage to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. It’s really an incredibly nice place with great people and I’m so glad I found them. It feels good to know that the things that are important to me are in a safe place. Thanks again Angelo for all your help.
