If I could give 10 stars, I would! Austin and Jonathan at Extra Space Storage are absolute gems. From the moment I made my reservation, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. They were thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly helpful — not just in making sure I had the right space, but that I had it exactly when I needed it. On the day of move-in, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Signing up, getting in the system, walking through the details — they handled it all with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. Their customer service is truly unmatched. It’s rare these days to feel so well taken care of, but they made me feel supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a storage space and want to feel like you’re in great hands, go see Austin and Jonathan. Seriously — they made a potentially stressful situation feel easy, and that’s priceless. Shadiest business practices I’ve ever experienced. On a given day they just decide to double your rent. Call and they claim they don’t know what happened then reduce the new amount but still offer you a new price higher than your set price you’ve been paying for the whole time. They seem to do this every few months. Last time my rent went from 60 to 80. Now it happens again. They want me to pay 130 for a walk in closet that I’ve been paying 60 for originally. Total scummy practices. Stay away. Even this response below is so phony. They know what they do. How fake is their response? Geez. lol. I’m good on talking to anyone about it. I already did

When I first rented my unit here, everything was great - good location, no hiccups with the unit. The issues I have are not with this particular location but with the online billing system. I have been renting this unit month to month with automatic renewal charged to my card. A couple of months ago, I was suddenly charged double the price with no notice of any changes sent to me, and when I checked online, the units were still the same price. I called customer service, and they couldn’t explain what had happened - they claimed they would completely waive my next month’s fee to net it out to the original price I was paying. They only took 10 dollars off the next month, but I let it go as it appeared the pricing had been fixed. Two months later, the SAME thing has just happened where I got charged way more than my unit’s price with no notice. It’s a nightmare to get a hold of customer service when this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. So beware if you rent from here for more than a month, as they will try to secretly jack up the price.

I purchased twenty four hours access online but the facility does not offer it. I prepaid and although the rent and the lock fee were refunded, the administrative fee was not refunded even though I did not proceed to use this facility. Please be careful before you rent.
