I had such a great experience leasing a storage space! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Tom was who I mostly was in communication with. I’m a visual person and so he kindly gave me a tour of the different sizes and locations of the storage units. The process was quick and painless. They have flatbeds for use throughout the facility and multiple entrances for easy access to the different units.

First time ever renting a storage unit and couldn’t be easier. From enrolling on the website to first accessing our unit the staff was extremely helpful and made moving in super easy. Update: we needed a few extra days for move-out and they prorated our monthly rate and made everything quick and easy for our final move-out. We had two units for 2+ years. For the most part, we were storing stuff there while we were transitioning homes. So this was not a unit that we went to weekly or monthly. What made me come here to give a review was how attentive and pleasant the staff is. The facility was clean and safe, but the staff is what makes it such a special place. We had a few details during move out and of all the vendors we had to work with they were definitely one of the easiest. I really appreciate their level of customer support in more than that. They’re understanding, especially during stressful times like moving.
