Super easy online booking & great staff! Accidentally locked my unit incorrectly, and Cindy the manager called to let me know. I was out of state at the time for a week, so she kindly stored my valuables in their company unit and took pictures to make sure everything was accounted for. Super grateful!

If you are looking for the best storage facility on the PLANET, you found it! Congratulations, you can stop your search now! Like the rest of us, I value my belongings and hate moving them out of one place and into another. Yes, climate control, location, and brand recognition matter, but the buck stops at customer service. Extra Space Storage on Boston Ln in Austin has all of that and then some. James and Cindy are absolute rockstars. They were able to get me in on the same day, in the same hour, with no hassle and complete with all the feelings of comfort and security a person could ask for! I kid you not, I was in the parking lot when I called for a large unit. I was on and off the phone quicker than it took me to ascend the elevator. I tried to enter so quickly after signing the lease, in fact, that my pin number didn't work for the front door (my fault...not theirs). Cindy was on the phone with me after hours and assigned me a backup pin in NO time! The fun doesn't stop there. The next day, I thought perhaps my unit was just a tad too small. James walked me through getting an "extra" unit (pun intended) via the app, on the spot, same day yet again. When I was actually able to cram the last of my things in the original unit, James honored a cancellation in good faith and I received my refund immediately thereafter. Where other facilities would have capitalized on my miscalculation, Extra Space Storage took the high road and earned a customer for LIFE! The name of the game is customer satisfaction, and I will scream from the rooftops that James and Cindy are the best in the business. Sign up fast! They are at 95%+ occupancy and, knowing them, it won't last long! So come on neighbor!!!! Pile in!!!! The facility is clean, state of the art, priced better than the rest, smells as great as it looks, and has the "you're family here," vibe that we all search for. James, Cindy, thank you both so much. I wish you the very best and cannot wait to refer the rest of my pals as they inevitably transition residences over the many years to come. You have something special at Extra Space Boston Ln. Renting the space was super easy. The staff was very helpful. They called me a couple times when I left my unit unlocked. The space/halls were clean. This was my first time renting storage, and will definitely go back to extra space storage if ai ever have the need again.

Had the best experience here with Cindy. We left our keys in another state and she helped us get into our storage unit very quickly! She was so helpful and professional, even offered us water on a hot moving day. She truly was the catalyst that helped our move run smoothly.
