This review is ONLY 3 stars because of Lupe. I give him 5 stars! I've had a unit here for 5 yrs. And this is the only manager that actually calls me back and does what he says, is here when he says he will be. I had some app problems he called for me and left me messages updating me in developments. Truly goes the extra mile. Thank you Lupe! For this storage place I leave 1 star because after specifically asking about pest control and insurance covering it, when I got the unit. I came back after 5 years to find my belongings absolutely destroyed. I had a brand new bed and new furniture. Rats decimated it all. And the insurance doesn't cover it. They say oh u must've had food. No I didn't. I knew I was leaving I was concerned about pests. They clearly loved my new bed and boxes and brought whatever food with them. Because everything is destroyed. And not only will they not cover it. There's not even a dumpster to get rid of it. Disgusting. Oh and they don't tell u that they raise the rates arbitrarily. I've come twice before to try to get into it. Both times the previous manger either locked himself out and couldn't get back into the building or they never showed up. So after flying here. Twice. To clear it. I finally find all my belongings destroyed. There were even dead rats in the unit. If u rent a starge unit maintain renters insurance it would've covered it I had no idea I thought I was covered. Also. Cover and protect your things as if rats will be walking on it.

Very smooth move-in process. Excellent help and support by Lupe at the facility. Great prices only compared to other local facilities nearby. They provided the lock at no cost nor deposit.

The staff works so very hard at keeping this building clean and fresh. The lighting is bright and helpful down the hallways. The parking lot is also very clean and kept up well. Thank you for such a great experience! I would rent again from Public Storage at this location. Thank you to Mary who seems to know just what to do when needed. She’s the best.

I had my unit at Public Storage for several months, and everything went super smoothly. The location was really convenient and easy to access. When it was time for me to move my things out, I called to ask what I needed to do, and I got a call back right away from Lupe. He was so nice, professional, and helpful. He clearly explained what steps I needed to take to close out my account properly. I really appreciated the great customer service and how easy the whole process was. If I ever need storage again, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!

Lupe is just a genuinely great person, and it shows in how he treats people. He handles customer service in a way that is truly exceptional. It is not just about doing the job, it is how he shows up. Helpful, respectful, and consistently positive every time I have interacted with him. I have had my unit here for about a year now and it has been a really positive experience overall, largely because of him. As someone who works as a Sales Director, I can confidently say I would hire Lupe any day. He is the kind of person every company wishes they had on their team.
