Good value and trusted organization

Generally best to work with Public Storage for your needs when compared to sometimes cheaper independents. However, with Public Storage you get there corporate backing and organizational infrastructure. My only beef is the buy our lock program. Great idea to pass this overhead onto the consumer and yet reduce the liability associated with either rekeying or reissuing locks. However, given the volume involved, the cost of the lock could be cheaper than the current charge and still have a huge margin.

Always great customer service. Usually clean properties, nice sized units. Personnel is personable and friendly and knowledgeable.
