First time renting a storage unit. Did a little recon online, but I did not reserve any particular unit size as I wanted to see the options in person. Stopped by and met with Lexi who was efficient and very helpful in answering my questions. We looked at a couple different options, took some measurements of a few things I had with me that I wanted to store, and I ended up renting one of the climate controlled units. All told, it took about 45-60 minutes from time I arrived to when I left. Very good experience all around.

This facility is very close to Southwest Austin, Dripping Springs, and Driftwood. It is easy to get in and out of the facility. Units are clean and the customer service is excellent. We worked with Jean and she responded quickly and a pleasure to work with. If you need a storage unit be sure to check this one out! 😊

The easiest and smoothest storage move I've had. Paperwork was easy, the directions to get to the location and unit was straight forward. Jean was responsive and helpful in helping me change units and answering my questions. When I got to my unit the access was easy, the unit was clean. A great experience all around.
