I was a previous renter when it was owned by US Storage. When Public Storage took ownership I left due to a bad experience. I was very pleased to see Chris with CubeSmart because of her professionalism and friendly interpersonal relationship skills. This is a very well maintained facility and I'm moving back from CubeSmart on Corell Hill to this one because of Chris and Elton as well as getting a better price, better facility convenient. Great staff 👍.

I don’t normally leave reviews for storage units… but Elton at CubeSmart in Duncanville deserves one. From the moment I walked in looking confused, slightly stressed — Elton immediately went into “calm storage therapist” mode. He explained sizes in a way that actually made sense (“You don’t need a 10x20 unless you’re storing a giraffe or hiding from your family”). Instantly trusted him. He didn’t oversell me, didn’t rush me, so I trusted him. He also walked me through the system, gate hours, billing, like he teaches Storage 101 at a university. The place itself is clean, secure, and organized — which tells me Elton runs it like a tight ship. You can always tell when a facility has someone who cares vs someone just clocking in… and he definitely cares. 10/10 customer service 10/10 patience level 11/10 ability to explain storage math If all businesses had an Elton, the world would run smoother and nobody would ever rent the wrong size unit again.

The facility and managment ran by Mrs.Gynette(please forgive me her name if wrong Queen G) on Cockerill Hill in Duncanville, Tx. It was a Holiday.."Juneteenth".. She was AMAZING! She was detailed and customer service oriented. The process was calm and caused less anxiety than the move itself. The facility was clean and secure. This was the best storage experience ever and again on a Holiday..Thank you CubeSmart for hiring proficient staff with excellent customer service skills..she somehow knew we droped our entrance card and had another card waiting for us as we left after storing our possessions..Wow..hard to find since the 80's! Great Job!
