I had used them for my daughters storage when she moved back. She secured a job and apartment and we moved her items out. I had just paid 3 months in advance, this was in January 2021 and they still have not credited my $135.00 over payment. I have contacted them 4 or 5 times by now spending hours of my time going over and over this. Also I thought it was a bit shady as soon as I showed proof of home insurance to lower the bill, they raised the rent the next month. But really just be careful paying in advance, you will never see a return it appears.Full Review

My brother had a unit here and I thought I would try it out. He said the customer service was very good. So I made a reservation to look at your units and Makayla was the person that I spoke with. She followed up with me even though I wasn't ready to get a unit for another month. She kept in contact, we made an appointment, she sent me two reminders of that appointment and she was very pleasant when I came in to actually view the unit and rent here.
