My family has had the difficult task of having to take over 3 units we inherited with no idea of the contents. Kara made the process so much easier than we imagined. She has been cooperative, responsive to contact, and a key source of information and advice. She is a credit to the company and a key reason we will continue to use CubeSmart. Carolina was very professional, polite, and helpful when assisting me with securing my storage. Customer Service was superb! She went above and beyond for me. She directed me to the quickest way to find my unit, and I loved that she was honest and upfront about the current renovations, which is understandable because it's part of RIDGMAR MALL🙄, the whole property itself is over 20 years old and some parts weren't maintained well over the years, especially where the storage is located. But I love my storage it's perfect for my belongings.

If I could give no stars I would. In November we came to get something out of our storage and our lock was broken, there was no body in the office, so we had to get a makeshift lock from Walmart, since we didn’t want to leave our door unlocked. We tried calling for days and emailing, since they have changed management 4 times since we signed up there, but we got no answer. We came back today, early because we finally had a day off from work, and come to find out the lock we had bought from Walmart had been broken and our items had been stolen after months of not being able to get in contact with anyone. We lost almost everything valuable and antiques given to me by my grandmother. We will be moving out next week and NEVER doing business with a storage or Free Up again. There is no safety and security like they advertise. DONT RENT A STORAGE HERE!
