He helped me through the whole process. It went smoothly. I would recommend extra space storage. Very clean, friendly staff, and reasonable price.

I called to get some assistance with my unit and Colin answered the phone. He was so polite, professional, and listened to all my needs. He helped me with my issue in no time. I wish there were more people in the world like him. His customer service was amazing! The first time I came to get my unit the woman that helped me was excellent as well I think her name was Alina if I’m not mistaken; ya’ll definitely need to come here for any storage you made need, they will take care of you and you will not be disappointed. Thank you extra space!

Very friendly staff. But the cost for rental is so expensive here! Since Extra Space storage took ownership from Store It All in 2024, my rent went up 3 times in one year! It jumped $20 the first time in Feb 2025- not awful. Then in Oct of 2025 it jumped another $30 and 2 months later my next billing receipt shows an additional BILLING fee! What the heck! I set up auto draft four years ago under the previous ownership and never, until December 2025, have there been any such fees! If the "convenience" of getting your money on time is going to cost me, I'll send you a check the old fashioned way! My other complaint is the office hours. Before Extra Space took over, there was someone in the on-site office every day. Now, you can't find anyone except 3 days a week! I think we can do better! BTW, there were rats in my unit!
O Shinall*** please read before you put your stuff in this storage!! When I moved in the rates were down and that is how they get you in. Once you get in they raise the price on your storage unit a lot !!! The manager did not even have the heart to tell me that the price was going to go up, she was just looking for a sale. I was late 5 days and they locked me out of the gate and would not let me in the unit!!! I will be paying and moving out!! What kind of management is this, treat people like you want to be treated!!! I give the manager a half of star!!!
