I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Jon. From start to finish, Jon was highly professional, punctual, and impressive in his knowledge. He went above and beyond his standard duties to ensure my experience was easy and stress-free. It is rare to encounter such a high level of dedication, and I wanted to make sure his hard work didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for employing such a capable and polite professional.

Had a very easy time getting my things in and out. Check-in was smooth and check-out was smoother. I didnt catch the name of the man working front counter but shoutout to him.

Great experience renting a unit. Lynn showed me several unit sizes and helped me select the best size for my temporary storage needs. John quickly helped me set up my app. Thank y’all for being so kind and helpful. I love you Extra Space Storage.

Best storage place in town. Clean with GREAT management. Roberta (sadly no longer there) and Jon are the best. Always super helpful and usually know more about what I need than I do. They are the difference between good and great. Recommend highly.

I find the app-contolled doors refreshing! The building is well-lighted and very clean. The staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. I am thankful that their competitor refused to rent to me! Extra Space Storage is more reasonably priced than their competitors.
