Nelly was fantastic. After being very frustrated with the chat and menu situation on the phone, she was very helpful and got the situation settled. Face to face service was awesome but the phone experience was a nightmare. Do not understand the need to make over the phone transactions so difficult.

The lady I spoke to at the front desk today was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The spaces were clean and well taken care of. If I’m ever in need of a storage unit again I will definitely be coming back here.
