Terrible service
I am not very happy with your storage unit the lady in the office lied to me and I called and left a bunch of messages for them and the lady said she mailed me notice's and I have never gotten nothing and she said she sent them and plus I called and gave someone my change of phone number and address and never got nothing in the mail I would have paid my bill on feb 3rd if I would have known the late fees but they never told me about all the late fees and I have someone that will say that they didn't tell me about all the late fees can someone please call me at 385-296-4737

wouldnt honor move in discount and constantly asked for reviews even before I agreed to rent a unit. Well, heres your review! Also while being shown around it was obvious they had people living in their units from the smell.
