I like this place, staff is friendly, very clean property, and storage has a great amount of space. They offer use of theyâre moving truck for free when you move your stuff in. But getting to the unit in a big truck or vehicle is a huge hassle. They didnt tell me how much of a tight fit it would be getting the truck to my unit. My mom was helping me drive the truck and she accidentally scratched the side of the truck a little bit. She felt so bad about the little scratch that she started to cry. We went in to the office and told one of the employees what happened and she said it would be fine that it already had a lot of damage to it. She said that weâd be fine, and didnât mention anything about being charged for it. Also, the truck didnât have any gas in it so I was asked to fill it up and Iâd be credited $20 to my account. So I filled up the truck (put my very last $20 in) I even overdrew my account to do it. Iâm a college student so every little penny counts! A week later I went in to pay my bill and the owner had taken off my credit because âtheyâre was damage to his truck and propertyâ. I looked at the building and the truck, like I said the truck had a little scratch.. And for the building, there was barley a scratch!!!!! He charged my card and never informed me that my credit was taken off. Once again my account was over drawn.... Now Iâm stuck paying overdraft fees. I just wish they wouldâve contacted me about it.Full Review

I rented an empty unit and paid in full. When I returned to put my stuff in, somebody else's stuff was in my unit. When I asked about the people's stuff in my unit, I was told "too bad." When I disconnected the customer phone due to them arguing at me, the guy dialed me back to argue some more. It never occurred to me that the way they check to see if a unit is rented out is by counting locks on doors instead of reading their own signed paperwork. Please look at the paperwork you sign because people like me depend on it.Full Review
