Unit is ok, only 1 elevator working

Location and price was good, having to fight for limited amount of carts and only 1 elevator working was a turnoff. Irritating when people park right in front of the door.

I was very disappointed to receive a...

I was very disappointed to receive a call the day prior to my arrival telling me that they wanted to confirm my reservation and day of arrival, but they had given away the unit I had reserved! "Why allow a reservation then" I asked. The response was that it reserved the rate not the unit. This didn't make sense to me, however, I called the main line and found another of the same type unit at another location. The cost, $40.00 more a month! My family and I moved to Virginia Beach from Colorado over 2,000 miles to arrive and have this happen. I was very upset.
