So far so good. I called Thanksgiving week and asked about check-in on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. The facility manager Janelle said sure thing. She would be in the office for me to help me get everything situated. My space seems good and the facility appears secure. Thank you Janelle for your outstanding customer service and for getting me in on such short notice.
Janelle was very helpful and thorough on getting me a spot for my car. Would highly recommend if you are looking for storage for your vehicle for the winter.
I give them the five stars very nice facility I rented one space at the beginning I added a second car so I added a second space and when I had a third car by purchasing three spaces which is one row there was a discount of $50 which I appreciated very much when I had to move my due date for the payment they accommodated me and allowed me to move my due date anywhere I wanted in the month which I appreciated when I need something and I can't operate the gate when the gate was not functioning she was there promptly only good interaction and a good experiences at this facility

I rented 3 indoor spots for my vehicles at this location. One day when my wife and I wanted to drop off two cars for storage we noticed there was a boat taking up two of our spots. To top it off, the boat was blocking one of my vehicles so it couldn’t be accessed. (see picture) I tried getting a hold of management for weeks before getting a call back. When I finally spoke to a manager, she told me “there were other spots you could’ve parked in” therefore I couldn’t receive a refund for the month my spots were taken. During this month our monthly rate went from $60 to $99 per unit. This was never disclosed and they even apologized for not sending a notice about the rate increase. The facility is old but the gate and tech is new. The management leads me to believe your vehicle can be damaged or stolen without you knowing until you went to check on it yourself. Absolutely terrible customer service. Please take your prized vehicles elsewhere with a proper staff that can communicate. Keep in mind, this all happened under the new ownership.
