I started renting here in January and from the start the staff was unresponsive. I rented online and was supposed to have follow up from the office the next business day. They never called or gave me a lock so I had to go in person and remind them to do so. Since then, I've encountered numerous problems in terms of customer service. The gate have been broken, the codes haven't worked, I would call and call and no one would answer. I only wished to downsize a unit and I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for that either! I was extremely fed up and ready to leave until I was contacted by Raul on my move out day. He completely changed my mind. He's professional and attentive. He said this place is under new management and should improve. I hope he's right. I'm taking a chance and continuing on here because of Raul. Don't disappoint me!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. Serious rodent infestation left mouse droppings all over my belongings. As I was coming in to clean out my storage locker after discovering this, I passed by a few people whose property had been soaked from water raining down from the facility's leaking ceiling. The front gate is left open most of the time, allowing anyone access to the building. This facility is not safe, clean, or secure. Store your property elsewhere or it is likely to be destroyed.
