The prices here are great and definatley worth your money. the process to rent is very quick and simple. The manager at this location is Ms. Beth and she is GREAT!! Moving can be stressful for anyone and this was one less thing i had to worry about because she was there to assist me everytime i had an issues or question. My calls and emails were answered and returned almost immedatley and same day. Ms. Beth was wonderful and took the time to sit down and work with me everytime i needed help. I highly recommende this place. Clean, well kept and staff is wonderful!!

On March 27, I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this storage facility, specifically with the property manager, Aaron. Upon arrival, the gates were taped off with no visible signage explaining what to do. As a first-time storage user, I was already unsure of the process. When I attempted to enter using my code, the doors would not open. I went to the office for assistance and encountered an employee (later identified as Aaron), who immediately stated he was on lunch and offered no willingness to help. When I explained I was new and didn’t know how to access my unit, his response was simply, “enter your code and figure it out.” After attempting again, I became lost inside the facility and had to find my way back out. I returned to the office with my family to request assistance and ultimately a refund. Again, Aaron dismissed us, stating he was on lunch, without giving any indication of when he would be available or showing any urgency—despite multiple customers outside also needing help. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, we went back inside. Aaron then claimed he had already processed my refund, yet he had never asked for my name or unit number. When I requested a receipt, he responded dismissively, saying he had already told me it was processed and that he did not have time for this because he was behind on work. This entire interaction lasted about an hour and a half. Fortunately, I had customer service on the phone during the experience, and they were able to hear how the situation was handled. As a manager myself, I understand the importance of customer service. If a customer needs assistance, it is the responsibility of leadership to pause and provide support—especially when multiple customers are clearly confused and there is no signage or guidance available. Due to this experience, I requested a refund and had to find another location, which was both inconvenient and more expensive. Overall, I strongly advise against using this location. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and this experience left a very negative impression.

So far my experience with SROA has far surpassed what i've experienced at Extra Space Storage. If you are looking for a better storage solution I would HIGHLY recommend ending your lease with ESS or any other place and finding a unit with Storage Rentals of America.
