So this is my 1st time here at this location. The prices are great for new customers bc they give you 50% off the first 2 months. I chose the 10 x 15 medium unit, upper level, for $134. Great price! But when I got there, I got a triangle shaped unit LOL. The lady that showed me the unit was subbing for someone else from a different location and she said to call tomorrow and ask for manager bout the unit size, that pretty sure they can switch it to another unit before I move my stuff so I did. I called and no answer. Left a voicemail, the manager called back and they cannot transfer a unit bc I got a good price for that unit, lol. I told her that unit doesn't even look like a 10 x 15. I'm getting ripped off pretty much. They should have mention that on the website. And the price has nothing to do with how its shaped. Bc I had previously reserved another 10 x 15 unit that was ground level and it came out to $145. Almost close to the same price. So what? this ground level unit is going to be a triangle shaped unit as well? LOL! MAKES NO SENSE. I just told her well I have no other choice bc i do need the storage unit. And I cant get my refund so I will use it, but I will for sure leave a negative review. So here I am! And disappointed for being a new customer! Its time for NEW MANAGEMENT!

This is my first time using a storage unit and I called U Store It I and spoke to the manager in Yanely. I was able to get a 10x10 unit for a really great price the same exact day. She was very helpful and made the whole process for signing up really easy. The facilities are brand new and clean. The building is secure so everything feels safe! I shopped around and this place had the best price and incentives. Highly recommend!

Easy access, very friendly staff. Affordable prices and very good promos. They can provide moving karts and the latest access can be around 7 pm, they open at 6 am. Really close to the border. It was perfect for us, we’re moving from TJ to San Diego and we needed a place to storage our things while we got the keys for our apartment.

I did everything online the same day and went to officially get the unit. I get there and the sweetest young lady working there asked me for my ID and I informed her I only had a passport card and she was like "Oh, I don't know if we can accept it". My heart dropped, So she contacts someone and she says yes we can accept it! So a sigh of relief came from me. She informs me of the rules which I perfectly understand and laugh about "not sleeping in the unit and no pets in the unit" she shows me the unit and my access code didn't work at first but it just needed a few minutes to update in the System. So before I leave I checked the code and it works and I inform her it works. What a wonderful experience and a sweet young lady. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you live in Tijuana. You have to love that you can access as early as 6am and as late as 8pm. Can't beat that. Sorry for the long review.
