Mr. Billy has customer service down. I watched as he juggled at least 3 other customers at the same time on an auction day. He acknowledged each person and updated each as he helped all of us. He never even flinched at the pressure. He made everyone feel so seen and taken care of. This guy needs a raise!

It was a very pleasant experience. I was helped by. I believe it was Rosa to finish up my contract when I went into the office. Really surprised at how the office was set up with the camera, but I like that I was able to find my unit and get in and have the code to get in the unit was very clean. I’m very glad that I chose this storage units.
