My moving plans quickly became chaotic when my truck rental was pushed back. I no longer had the time to drive to the original storage unit I had reserved before the office closed. I spoke to someone named Lisa (I think) via the 24 hour line and she was so helpful in finding me a new storage facility which I was able to quickly move into before my truck was due the next morning. When I was on the way, I called and Rebecca was so nice and chill and quickly got me set up with a unit. I've used public storage more than once in my life. I've never had any issues there. The facility od kept clean and in order. No one has tampered With my unit. The manager Sherry was helpful. I've looked at other storage units and their "move in deal" was a scam. With public storage there's no false advertisement. What they offer you get. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have imagined a better experience! It was super easy to reserve my unit online (the website was easy to navigate and mobile friendly) and when I arrived at the location to check in, the guy working the desk was super nice and helpful. Nice friendly staff. Little worried about the nails and screws dropped on the roadways around the storage complex by construction crews using storage. I picked up a small hand full of small rusty nails. It costs near $200 to replace a car tire. My storage unit hindge has previously been cut on one of the hindge holes from a previous renter. Nice if they would have replaced it before I rented the unit. I have 2 locks on just incase.Full Review
