Very good experience

Three storage facilities are within a few blocks of our house. I have passed Public Storage for 25 years and noticed the clean environment and safety features like lighting and a gate entry. I went to Public Storage first to price the three options. A recent break-in at a nearby facility meant safety was a major concern. Since I have experience with interior climate control spaces at UHAUL in NM, I was impressed by the higher level of security at Public Storage with multiple entry codes for second story units. Cecilia told me about the 50% discount for climate controlled spaces and there was one left that fit our needs. The impressive secure lock and size of the unit was perfect but I still needed to price compare. After a trip to the last remaining storage facility, I was back to Public Storage, no comparison regarding pricing, security and comfort when moving boxes and furniture in the summer heat. The only negative was that I was told I had to have insurance and was not given time to call my insurance company. Cecilia said I could go online and cancel it but failed to mention the first month fee could not be refunded.. UHAUL never charged insurance for college students or at all in NM. The fact the facility remains uncompromised despite the growing crime in the area is amazing.
