Unfortunately I just moved in and they let me borrow two carts to move my stuff in. Never did they tell me there is a one cart limit. I went back a couple days later and they said I could only borrow one at a time even though we had two IDs. The person at the desk said they were extremely busy. When I went to grab my cart they were all there and none borrowed. Just don't understand the service.Full Review
I was having a very hard day filled with anxiety from a last minute move. This was the 3rd place I stopped hoping that I can find a place to store my things within my budget. It was such a relief to know that I was where I needed to be. The customer service was great, and the employees were very helpful even the ones that weren't behind the counter. I appreciate the way the whole process took about 7 minutes, and it was totally effortless. I would recommend this place always. I don't know if it's different at other locations, but in San Jose right off of Tully...that place is a real life saver for me.Full Review

I had hoped to do the e-rental, but was forced to go to the site to complete the rental agreement because e-rental requires that you purchase insurance. My home owner's insurance covers the items in storage and there is no way to report this through the web. The person at the site was courteous and very helpful. Everything went quickly and I was out the door in very little time.Full Review

Stephanie helped walk us through the process of renting a storage unit. We needed a storage unit on short notice and she helped us with size change, an easy access unit on the first floor, carts to move and paperwork. She was so nice and a good stress reliever on a rainy Sunday of heavy moving. I would recommend this clean facility and these helpful girls to all needing storage. When I arrived about noon, the location was closed with a clock thing on the door saying they would be back by 9 (?). After waiting awhile, I left and did a few chores and returned - now they were open. I requested to add a 2nd larger storage as I already had one there already. No problem - they had several available. I asked what the rate for the 10x10 and was told $55/mo - great! I was curious and asked what was the rate I was paying already at their facility for a 5x10 - answer $67. Huh - how come a unit half size 5x10 costs more than a full size 10x10. With a straight face like I was stupid, she sez - well corp sets prices daily - so there. OK - so w t f- so I signed up. So just just up & be happy with the new pricesFull Review
