When I arrived about noon, the location was closed with a clock thing on the door saying they would be back by 9 (?). After waiting awhile, I left and did a few chores and returned - now they were open.
I requested to add a 2nd larger storage as I already had one there already. No problem - they had several available. I asked what the rate for the 10x10 and was told $55/mo - great! I was curious and asked what was the rate I was paying already at their facility for a 5x10 - answer $67. Huh - how come a unit half size 5x10 costs more than a full size 10x10. With a straight face like I was stupid, she sez - well corp sets prices daily - so there.
OK - so w t f- so I signed up.

Liliana was so friendly and kindly explained how to use the facility, even I am a visitor from foreign country and am not good at English. It was totally quite easy and quick moving. I will recommend here to my friends. I felt it was a little bit difficult to read and check lots of document for rental contract, auto pay contract, security and privacy policy, insurance agreement, and so on. Limited hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm - they will literally lock you in if you are 1 minute over, and threaten you, even though there is someone who lives there on site.
All bathrooms are locked; you have to go to the front office if you are working in your storage and need to go.
They raise your price without warning, claiming "market price" but when the market price goes down they will not lower it. So the longer you stay the more you pay. Wouldn't you think that loyal customers should get a break?Full Review

Everything is OK! The only reason why i rated 4 stars is the price of the lock being sold! I think it's quite expensive! Also, your online pricing is quite deceiving! You should at least put that the price is exclusive of Admin cost, tax and insurance!
